A Christmas Family Reunion A full length play presented by Good News Productions The Holidays have hit Waysbury and the Jones family are doing what they do best – cooking too much food, talking way too loudly, singing every Christmas carol known to man, and dragging every relative into one house whether they like it or not. Reimagined in the nineties, this unique twist on the classic story A Christmas Carol, will follow the lives of two estranged sisters Noelle and Grace.  Noelle, hardened by ambition and worldly success, returns to the gathering more out of obligation than warmth. She dreads having to spend another year with her needy and boisterous family, not to mention her “Holier than thou” sister Grace. Grace, a faithful woman with a tender heart, hopes the season might bring reconciliation and healing.  Exploring themes of memory, redemption, and the battle between worldly desire and eternal truth, a heartfelt Christmas story that is guaranteed to resonate deeply with audiences and invites you to reflect on where your path is leading you. Doors open at 5pm with free photo backdrops, hot cocoa and treats. All ages are welcome.
