BALLOON TWISTING WORKSHOP Start the new year with a twist! Join the Highland Park Library as we celebrate start of the new year with this colorful and creative class on twisting balloons into amazing shapes. Participants will be guided through learning a new skill and turning their balloons into works of art! Suitable for ages 6 and up. Please note that the balloons are made of latex.
