Blessing of the San Antonio Peace Makers

The Blessing of the Peacemakers is a sacred gathering that honors the quiet strength, wisdom, and compassion of individuals and organizations who work tirelessly to connect, heal, and uplift our community. This year San Antonio Peace Laureates are: * Corazon Ministries, * Shokare Nakpoida, * Nurturing Hope Initiative, * Judge Nelson Wolff Held during the International Season for Nonviolence (January 30 – April 4)—spanning the anniversary dates of the assassinations of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, this commemoration carries forward their shared revelation: that lasting, positive change is born through our collective, nonviolent action. This ceremony reveals the hidden gems among us. As we name the Peace Laureates, we illuminate the transformative work being done and call forth a collective awakening to the extraordinary spirit of our city.
