Registration is open to the First 100 Citizen with a License that has been either Revoked, Suspended, or Canceled. Suspended Driver's License Examples: * Failure to maintain Automobile Insurance * Failure to have a valid Vehicle Registration * Failure to obtain, renew, or return a Car Tag * Failure to pay Traffic Tickets or Child Support * Failure to pay or work off fines, fees, and costs imposed as part of a Criminal Sentence * Designation as a Habitual Traffic Offender * Accumulation of too many points on Driving Record * Consequence of a Plea to certain crimes such as DUI or certain Drug-Related Offenses Disqualifying Offenses: * Active Suspension for DUI * Suspension for Felony Drug Charges Not-Eligible for Clinic: * WALK-INS are not Eligible to Attend Clinic * Pending Criminal Charges (unrelated to Driver's License) and Out-of-County Matters
