Join Susan Phillips for a strength-building weights training class! Participants can use light weights (or no weights) to help build bone density and lean muscle. We will finish class with a great stretch. No experience necessary, and all levels are welcome and encouraged! We will provide mats and weights, but you may bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Very importantly, please make sure you are cleared for regular exercise from your doctor.
