Seniors, don't miss out on your chance to experience Laughter Yoga on Monday, November 3rd at 2 PM at the Winter Park Community Center (721 W New England Ave, Winter Park). Laughter Yoga is a unique and gentle form of exercise, combining breathing techniques from yoga and laughter exercises. Laughter is the best medicine, and participating in this session will help release your stress, elevate your mood and exercise your heart and lungs. This class will be led by Dana Kaplan, a certified Laughter Yoga teacher based right here in the Orlando-area. No prior experience is necessary. There are no yoga poses in this class, and no yoga mats are needed. A brief presentation on the latest in clinical research will be given at the start of the event. Doors open at 1:30 PM for check-in. Please note: This event is only for those who have never attended to a Charter Research event and entry will not be granted once the presentation begins.
