Get Ready for "Fit Before the Feast" at Food Truck Thursday! Kick off your holiday season with a healthy twist at Food Truck Thursday: Fit Before the Feast on November 21, 2024. Join us at Center Lake Park in Oviedo, Florida for an evening dedicated to wellness and delicious, nutritious food. Starting at 6 PM, the Great Lawn will transform into a community yoga space, offering a serene and revitalizing session for all skill levels. Be sure to preregister and sign the required waiver to secure your spot for yoga. Zen Space Wellness Studio will be leading the yoga experience, please consult your doctor before participating. Participation is at your own risk. In addition to yoga, a variety of healthy food trucks will be on-site, serving up delicious options that cater to your wellness goals.
