Guest Services Coordinator - Group Interview

WHY: To start a new career journey with the JW Marriott Turnberry. WHAT: We have recieved your application to a position in our Guest Services department. We will be conducting a group screening panel which will consist of a group interview between our Human Resources team and all potential candidates for these roles. If your experience matches with our hotel, you will be scheduled to interview with the Hiring Manager for that role. *Please be advised that ONLY those who sign up may attend the interview, we do not allow additional guests. Spaces are limited so please act fast! WHERE: JW Marriott Turnberry Resort & Spa 19999 W Country Club Dr, Aventura, FL 33180 HR Training Room WHEN Thursday, April 7, 2025 9:45am - 11:00am * Interview begins at 10:00am so please be on time, doors will close once interview begins ( Additional time for interviews may be requested with hiring managers if chosen) HOW You must RSVP for the group panel interview by clicking "Reserve a Spot" on the right side of the page and filling out your information. You cannot attend unless RSVPed. PARKING DIRECTIONS: • Enter the resort through the Service Entrance (Employee Entrance), make a left into the parking garage. When you arrived at the gate, press the “call” button for entry. After you pass the gate go up to the ramp, and park anywhere on the D or E level. • Once parked, exit the garage using the elevator (East Side), and on the first floor there is a white gate to your right. Go through the door of the gate and to your left will be a ramp. Go up the ramp and through the door and security dispatch is immediately to your right. • Go up the stairs or elevator straight ahead to visit the Human Resources Training Room.
