Celena, a DMV native with over 7 years of teaching experience and more than 500 hours of yoga training, will guide an all-levels Vinyasa flow designed to leave every participant feeling empowered, confident, and open to new possibilities. With a background in Ashtanga and power yoga—and a deep love for music—Celena brings creative transitions, plenty of modifications, and an uplifting energy to every class.
