Rodeo-Style Farmers Market – Saturday, May 2nd | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Get ready for a fun-filled, family-friendly day at our Rodeo-Style Farmers Market! This exciting community event will feature: * 50+ local vendors selling unique goods, crafts, and delicious treats * Live music performances to set the festive rodeo atmosphere * A free petting zoo and Kids Fun Zone for little ones * Raffle prizes and interactive activities throughout the day Admission is free for everyone, but if you want a free swag bag, registration through EventBrite is required in advance. Vendor Participation Opportunities: * Tent / Booth Space – Early Registration $35 (by March 22), Regular $50 (March 23 – April 10) * Swag Bag Participation – $20, provide 300 small promotional items for attendee swag bags * Advertisement Only – $15, include your ad in the event brochure (no booth required) * Bingo Card Participation – $10 (booth required), drive traffic to your booth through our event bingo Important Details for Vendors: * Set-Up: 8:00 – 10:00 AM | Market: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Breakdown: 4:00 – 5:00 PM * Final registration deadline: April 10 (space is limited!) * Booth assignments communicated prior to the event * Inclement weather backup date: July 18 This market is designed to create strong foot traffic, meaningful engagement, and excellent visibility for participating vendors while providing a memorable day for attendees.
