Greater Channel Chapter of Jack & Jill: JJ Swims

The GCC Shooting Stars are partnering with the Office of Commissioner Rodney Ellis' Harris County Aquatics Program (HCAP) for an exciting and impactful community program that aligns with the Jack and Jill Swims Initiative. It will be focused on drowning prevention, swim safety, lifeguard training and CPR training. 11:00 a.m. - Welcome Session 11:15 a.m. - Rotating Stations (40 minutes each) * Swim Safety Briefing * Lifeguard Skills Practice * CPR Training 1:15 p.m. - Refreshments 1:35 p.m. - Closing Remarks/Survey Please bring swimwear, towel, and goggles (if preferred).
