The Impact of a Mentor's Wisdom Come join the Equity Project Alliance (EPA) for a special Story Slam. In celebration of National Mentoring Awareness Month, the EPA is partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida to make this Story Slam extra special! Everyone has someone whose presence makes them feel better – even if we don’t always label that person a mentor. What makes a mentor’s wisdom powerful is not just the experience they share but the way they illuminate the path ahead without walking it for you. Who was there for you when times were tough? Who is the person you can call on to “run an idea by” them or talk through a situation to help keep you from exploding? The impact of a mentor’s wisdom is measured not in the lessons themselves but in the transformation they spark within us.
