Neuromuscular Clinic Family Workshop

You're invited to a day of learning, sharing and support for families living with neuromuscular conditions. Workshop topics: Nutrition: * Practical tips for healthy growth and development School Services: * Understanding IEPs, accommodations and classroom services Transition of Care: * Helping teens and families prepare for the move to adult care * Advanced directives Speakers include: * Andy Beasley, MCN, RD, LD - NeuroMuscle Dietitian * Marlo Senick, M.Ed., B.C.A.S.E.- School Services * Cornelia LeSeane, LCSW- NeuroMuscle Social Worker * Elia Esquivel, BSN, RN- NeuroMuscle Care coordinator Patients and children are invited to attend.
