Homebuyers Education Class 2026 (ENGLISH)

The homebuyers Education class is an 8 hour HUD-certified course recommended for all clients interested in becoming homeowners. Upon completion of the class, participants receive a Certificate of Completion valid for 12 months, a requirement for certain down payment assistance programs and mortgage lenders. Clients attending the class will learn about various home buying topics, including: * Are you ready to buy a house? * Managing Your Money * Understanding Credit * Obtaining a Mortgage Loan * Shopping for a Home * Protecting Your Investment * Downpayment Assistance Programs The class instructor will assist clients in navigating the technical aspects of the home buying process, such as preparing to qualify for a mortgage loan, finding suitable financing, assembling their home buying team, reviewing essential closing documents, and, if applicable, applying for down payment assistance programs.
