Forest Bathing at Green Springs
A guided introduction to forest bathing through a mindful and sensory stroll in Green Springs Park
Meet LEC staff at the front pavilion for an introduction to Shinrin-Yoku also known as forest bathing, before embarking on a leisurely stroll through the park. We’ll boost our immune system the natural way-breathing deeply, practicing mindfulness, engaging our senses, and letting go of “doing”. Participants should dress appropriately for the weather, bring water and wear closed-toed shoes. This program is recommended for ages 12 and up. Green Springs Park 994 Enterprise Osteen Rd.
