Join us for a mindfulness hike to unwind and reset at CREW Marsh Trails! Enjoy the tranquility of the trails as we practice ways to incorporate mindfulness into our daily routines on this 2-hour, 1.5 mile hike through the pine flatwoods, oak hammock, and sawgrass marsh of CREW's original trail system. Long pants, sleeves, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, and water are highly recommended. This event is for CREW Trust Members only
