Free Lunch & Learn: Understanding Depression

We hope to see you at the"Understanding Depression" Lunch & Learn. We will be at One Senior Place (715 Douglas Ave, Altamonte Springs) on Tuesday, November 11th at 12 PM. Feeling sad or low from time to time is a normal part of life—but when do those feelings become something more serious? Depression can affect anyone, at any age, and recognizing the signs early is key to getting the right help. In this lunch and learn, we will explore the difference between occasional sadness and clinical depression, and how to support yourself or others who may be struggling. Bring your curiousity, and your appetite! Lunch and refreshment is included with your RSVP. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the event start time (11:30 AM) Please note: This event is only for those who have never attended a Charter Research event and entry will not be granted once the presentation begins.
