Join Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County, a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, for a FREE First-time Homebuyer Workshop (Homebuyer Educational Seminar) where you will learn what it takes to become homebuyer ready! During this workshop, you will learn about: * Financial readiness * Credit * Shopping for lenders and mortgages * Down-payment assistance programs * Working with realtors * Homeowners’ insurance * Home maintenance & inspection * What a home title is * How to apply for homestead exemption * Fair housing * and much more! This interactive workshop allows you to engage and ask questions. Register today to secure your spot. Space is limited! Please note: * Must be 18+ to participate. (We respectfully request no children under 18). * This is an 8-hour workshop. * To receive a First-time Homebuyer workshop certificate, you must attend and complete the workshop.
