Welcome to Rooted Reset, a calm, uplifting wellness workshop! This session blends gentle movement, foundational strength work, and practical, approachable education in functional and holistic health. This event is a collaboration between Rooted Fitness with Laura, Certified Personal Trainer and Life Coach, and BioBloom Wellness with Cate Longsworth, Functional Nutrition Practitioner. We also have a special guest speaker, Raven West, Licensed Massage Therapist. Our goal: To help you feel grounded, confident, and supported for the new year— without pressure, intensity, or perfectionism.
