Saturday Community Fitness (Family-Friendly) Join RHF for a one-hour fitness session open to all ages and fitness levels. This session is designed to get you and your loved ones moving and connecting through fitness. The class will include a combination of strength, circuit, and HIIT-style exercises, with coffee generously provided by Black Rifle Coffee Company and breakfast minis provided by Chick-fil-A Killeen. Together, we’re creating a welcoming space for connection, movement, and community. She also leads IStroll (on-post classes Mon/Wed/Fri). Kayla is passionate about connecting people through group fitness, fostering community, and encouraging families to move together. She is committed to mentoring co-leaders and sharing her love of health and wellness with others.
