BRIDGING INNOVATION WITH INDUSTRY Join us for FIU's Senior Design Showcase, where nearly 500 senior students from the College of Engineering and Computing present 100 capstone projects in a dynamic exhibition. Divided into two sessions, this event is an opportunity to connect directly with emerging talent, see real-world solutions, and engage in one of the largest annual showcases of undergraduate design work in the region. Projects span areas including software, hardware, systems engineering, IoT, cybersecurity, AI/ML, automation, healthcare technologies, next-gen electronics, infrastructure and more. ABOUT THE SENIOR DESIGN CAPSTONE In their final year, FIU’s engineering and computing students take the Senior Design Capstone, a culminating experience where they apply everything learned in the classroom to develop original ideas, advanced designs, and innovative solutions for real industry challenges. The Showcase is where these projects come to life; a public platform for students to demonstrate how they turn theory into practice and creativity into impact.
