Free for Seniors: Brain Health & Breakfast

We hope to see you on Friday, January 23rd at 8th Avenue Adult Activity Center (830 NE 8th Ave, Ocala) at 10 AM for a Brain Health presentation you won't want to miss! Enjoy a warm, welcoming breakfast while gaining a clearer understanding of memory loss and the differences between normal aging and concerning changes. This educational presentation is designed for seniors and caregivers, offering practical information on brain health, early awareness, and everyday steps that may help support memory, focus, and overall quality of life in a relaxed, supportive setting. Doors open 30 minutes ( 9:30 AM) prior to the event start time. Please note: Our community events are designed to welcome new guests. If you’ve attended more than 5 events with us in the past 6 months, we kindly ask that you allow space for first-time attendees. You’re always welcome at our movie events, which remain open to the entire Charter Research family!
