Created Good: A Reflective Gathering on Identity

Join us for a calm, thoughtful midweek gathering focused on identity, self-understanding, and personal restoration. This session invites participants to explore the idea that our sense of worth and identity existed before life’s disruptions, disappointments, or defining moments of shame. Through guided reflection and group conversation, we’ll examine how early experiences shape self-perception—and how reconnecting with our original sense of goodness can bring clarity, grounding, and renewal. Discussion themes will include: * The idea of original design and inherent worth * Identity formed before trauma, labels, or setbacks * How shame subtly reshapes how we see ourselves * Reclaiming a healthier, more truthful self-narrative This gathering is intentionally welcoming, reflective, and conversational. No prior knowledge or preparation is required—just an openness to pause, reflect, and engage thoughtfully with others. Held in a professional, comfortable setting at Serendipity Labs Plano.
