HILI Mat Pilates is not your average floor workout it’s a full-body, beat-driven experience that blends traditional Pilates principles with high-energy strength training, mobility work, and feel-good flow. Set to empowering music and designed for all levels, our classes focus on core stability, lean muscle building, and mind-body connection all while keeping things low-impact and high-intensity. For this special outdoor class, we’re bringing a taste of the magic you’ll find in our studios the energy, the community, the burn and taking it outside. Same powerful vibes, fresh air edition.
