Join us Saturday, January 17 at 8:00 AM for a 3-mile community run hosted by Late Night Menu Crew, as we gear up for this month’s Miami Marathon. This special run is presented in partnership with Oakley – Lincoln Road. Before the run, check out exclusive demos of Oakley’s newest performance running eyewear, including the Oakley Meta Vanguard, along with other top styles.After the run, stick around for the celebration featuring live music, refreshments, and giveaways. Come run, connect, and experience the latest in performance eyewear. Oakley eyewear demos are first come first served and will begin at 7:30 AM. A valid photo ID is required to participate in demos. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in a running event involves physical activity that may be strenuous and potentially dangerous. I acknowledge that such activities carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants or vehicles, effects of weather (heat, cold, rain), traffic, uneven terrain, and other hazards. I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in this run event. 2. Release of Liability In consideration of being permitted to participate in the run event, I, on behalf of myself and my legal representatives, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless: [Oakley Inc/Late Night Menu Crew LLC], its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, sponsors, and event organizers from any and all liability for any injury, illness, death, or loss or damage to person or property that may occur as a result of participation in this event, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise. 3. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities (including attorney’s fees) brought as a result of my participation in this event. 4. Medical Treatment I consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during this event. I understand that I am solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment, and I release all parties from any claim arising from such treatment. 5. Photography/Media Release I grant permission to Oakley Inc and Late Night Menu Crew LLC to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose, including advertising and promotion, without compensation. 6. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State].
