Join us on Saturday, January 24, 2026 for another wonderful 4th Saturday Genealogy Seminar. Laurel Neuman of the Texas General Land Office will provide an overview of the types of records in the GLO’s archival collection, as well as a walkthrough on how to access our records and do genealogy research online. Get ready for a wonderful experience! Laurel Neuman has worked at the Texas General Land Office for over 17 years. Her work in the Research Room includes assisting patrons with their research needs, giving tours that showcase the GLO’s archival collection, and developing informative material to make the GLO’s records more accessible. Laurel also travels and gives presentations on various aspects of the GLO collection and subjects in Texas history.
