Once you RSVP, a Florida Blue agent will call to confirm your appointment time and details for your child's physical – provided by CAAIRE. *While supplies last. Parent/guardian must be present with child(ren) to receive a backpack by visiting a participating Center on 8/2/25. Limit 3 backpacks per household.
