Texas Vision Screening Certification Training is for those individuals that will be providing screenings at schools (public and private) and licensed childcare centers/licensed childcare homes in Public Health Region 6/5S (Houston and surrounding areas). Make sure all REQUIRED fields are filled in on your registration. All the information is required for your certification. If the information is not provided you will not receive your certification.
