Resilient Roots: Philippe Park Invasive Removal

Help restore Philippe Park through invasive vegetation removal and tree planting activities

Community Foundation Tampa Bay is proud to support Keep Pinellas Beautiful (KPB) in advancing hurricane recovery and long-term environmental resilience through the Resilient Roots Project. This initiative empowers youth and residents across Pinellas County to restore local tree canopies and improve natural spaces in four county parks following the 2024 hurricane season. Project activities include: * Invasive vegetation removal * Litter cleanups * Tree plantings These efforts will help enhance biodiversity, restore critical habitats, and strengthen our community’s resilience to future environmental challenges. 🌱 Want to help create a stronger, greener future?
