Adventure Awaits - An Evening Under the Stars - Astronomy

REGISTRATION OPENS 1/1/26 @ 12PM Palm Beach County’s Department of Environmental Resources Management (ERM) will host an after-hours event at Pine Glades Natural Area in Jupiter with a sunset hike followed by stargazing. Members of the Astronomical Society of the Palm Beaches [https://astropalmbeach.org/] will set up telescopes and give attendees a “tour” of the night sky. Stargazing will be preceded by a short sunset hike led by ERM staff. This event will give participants a unique opportunity to learn about the history of the land, the animals that live there, night sights and sounds, and urban sky glow. There are no bathroom facilities at this site. Please bring your own water. Please no pets. Children must be accompianed by adults.
