Jambo keeps 10% of your commission.
The service fee is charged to the ticket buyer at checkout. Organizers receive the full ticket price — nothing is deducted from your payout.
The formula: 7% of the ticket price + $1.79 per ticket.
Applicable sales tax is added on top and shown to the buyer before they complete their purchase. Jambo handles all tax calculation, collection, and remittance — organizers don't need to do anything.

Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or refund. Sales tax is based on the venue's location.
Organizers set the commission amount per ticket on any tier. When a promoter sells a ticket, Jambo keeps 10% of that commission and the promoter receives the rest.
Example: $3 commission on a $10 ticket
Promoter commissions come out of ticket revenue and are separate from the buyer service fee. Unattributed ticket sales go entirely to the organizer.
