Join us for a special presentation for parents, caregivers, educators, or anyone with a young person in their life. We will explore how to talk to youth about difficult topics such as substance abuse, alcohol, and vaping. Participants will learn helpful tips for starting meaningful conversations, building trust, and supporting youth to make smarter healthier choices. Activities will be provided for children needing to attend with parents or caregivers. Presentations and resources will be conducted and available in English and Spanish. Exploraremos cómo hablar con los jóvenes sobre temas difíciles como el abuso de sustancias, el alcohol y el vapeo. Los participantes aprenderán consejos útiles para iniciar conversaciones significativas, generar confianza y apoyar a los jóvenes para que tomen decisiones más inteligentes y saludables. Se ofrecerán actividades para niños que necesiten asistir con sus padres o cuidadores. Las presentaciones y los recursos se llevarán a cabo y estarán disponibles en inglés y español.
