BreastQuake: A Body, Mind, and Spirit Approach to Breast Health You've Never Heard Before Female breast cancer incidence rates have been slowly increasing since the mid-2000s. Each year, about 32% of all newly diagnosed cancers in women are breast cancer. Breast cancer is also the most common cancer among women around the globe, with an estimated 2.3 million new breast cancers diagnosed worldwide in women in 2023. There are currently more than four million women with a history of breast cancer in the U.S. This includes women currently being treated and women who have finished treatment. In 2025, approximately 16% of women diagnosed with breast cancer were under the age of 50, translating to about 50,712 women out of the estimated 316,950 new cases. Formerly considered a post-menopausal woman's disease, the rate of women under 50 getting breast cancer is increasing 1.5% each year. Women under 50 are now nearly twice as likely to be diagnosed with cancer compared to men of the same age, with breast cancer being the primary driver of this disparity. In this two-hour workshop, Dr. Toni Galardi, international best-selling author of BreastQuake: Ten Steps to Healing and Preventing Breast Cancer Without Surgery, Radiation, or Chemotherapy, will share her journey to becoming a breast cancer thriver with the practical steps you can take today to increase the odds of both preventing yourself from developing this disease or, if you are a breast cancer thriver, how to possibly prevent recurrence. You will leave armed with information on what diagnostics are truly safe, herbs and supplements that have clinical efficacy, and interactive partner exercises to address what stressors and environmental toxins (including people) might be putting you at risk. We will end with a release ceremony of beliefs that might be preventing you from making changes in your life that are necessary for your breast and overall health.
