This session will provide an overview of the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL [https://comptroller.texas.gov/purchasing/vendor/cmbl/]) and the advantages of registration for businesses seeking potential bid opportunities with the State of Texas. Attendees will also receive information on how to apply for the CMBL, identify relevant highway districts, use the NIGP Commodity Book, and better understand the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) and the Vendor Performance Tracking System (VPTS). This session is intended for manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, and other vendors interested in learning more about the state procurement process.
