SOUND BATH in Carroll Park with Yoga Sue

Please join me on Friday, July 31 at 5pm for a relaxing sound bath held under the beautiful refereshing trees in Carroll Park located at 2320 Carroll Park South in Long Beach. The world is shifting and shaking right now, and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed at times. This rest will do you so much good! You deserve a break. Bring a friend who needs a break as well, it will be a sweet act of love. You’ll sink into sound and experience deep relaxation for your body, mind and spirit. You’ll slip into peace as the vibrations from the crystal sound bowls, chimes, buffalo drum and other healing instruments help shift you from “fight or flight” to a place of peaceful relaxation. You’ll emerge feeling wonderfully refreshed and reconnected to yourself. Bring your mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering and anything else you need to be comfy and cozy. This healing sound bath is offered to you with love by donation.
