We’re taking the Thursday Garden Crawls NORTH 🌱🔥 Join Harlem River Farms as we expand beyond Third Ward and activate Hershe Community Garden for a powerful evening of volunteering, learning, and community building. Arrival Instructions: * Street Parking 🌱 WHAT THIS IS: This is a working volunteer session, not just a tour. Some of the activities that might be required are: * Garden maintenance * Planting and harvesting * Bed preparation and cleanup * General improvements to the space 🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Get your hands in the soil * Work alongside community members and growers * Contribute directly to local food production * Help strengthen a shared community resource 🌿 WHAT YOU’LL GAIN: * Hands-on gardening experience * Practical growing knowledge you can use at home * A deeper connection to this community * The opportunity to be part of something meaningful 💡 WHY THIS MATTERS: Community gardens like Hershe Street require consistent care to thrive.
