The Art of Living is a dynamic spoken word competition that also features an open mic segment, allowing participants to choose between competing or simply sharing their work. In the open mic, performers can sing, deliver a monologue, or narrate a story, with a total time limit of seven minutes. This will be Marshall's first ever Poetry slam. Which means you must be on time.. as this event will start and end on time. Conversely, the competition is strictly for spoken word pieces, with each entry limited to four minutes.
