These visits help you learn, ask questions, and feel less alone in what you’re carrying — because healing is often easier in community. What to Expect 45‑Minute Open Q&A Submit your question when you RSVP and we’ll address it during the session. This Q&A is open‑ended and flexible — topics may include women’s health, hormones, stress recovery, mental health, parenting, nutrition, pediatrics, lactation, Ayurveda‑informed lifestyle wisdom, and other areas the group is interested in. Sessions evolve based on what feels most supportive for the community. 45‑Minute Deep Relaxation with Musical Bowls & Myofascial Release A restorative guided experience led by Aneela Dean. This portion is intentionally open and may include practices such as art therapy, dance, expressive writing, yoga, sound therapy, poetry, breathwork, gentle movement, or other therapeutic modalities. The focus is on helping your body soften, unwind, and exhale through supportive mind‑body activities.
