Focused interval training session to prep for the SAC Dash at Albert Whitted Park

Only 2 Weeks Until the SAC Dash! Come out for a focused speed endurance session. Join us at Albert Whitted Park (right next to The Dali) for more SAC Dash prep! * When: 8:00 AM (Warm-up begins once everyone arrives) * Where: Albert Whitted Park (make sure you pay for parking) * What to Bring: Water, watch (not totally needed), and good vibes * The Plan: After the warm-up, we’ll split into two groups for interval work Choose your workout (All reps at 80% effort): * Workout A: 2x5x100m (30s restbetween reps / 5 min between sets) * Workout B: 2 x 3x200m(60s rest between reps / 5min between sets) * Optional 1 mile cooldown run Come enjoy the beautiful venue, bring a friend, and let’s rip some intervals together!
