Spill The T.E.A. Community Circle

A monthly gathering for grounding and exploring personal experiences through reflection and community

Spill the T.E.A. Community Circle is a monthly in-person space for grounding through Time, Expectations, and Access. This is a place to land—in your body, in your real life, and in what’s true right now. What we exploreSpill the T.E.A. is a framework and a practice for noticing what shapes our experience and choices: Time — where you feel stretched, rushed, stuck, or out of rhythm Expectations — the “shoulds,” roles, internal pressure, and inherited standards Access — capacity, support, resources, boundaries, and what’s actually available This circle may be for you if… * You’ve been holding a lot and need a place to exhale * You feel disconnected from your own needs or inner clarity * You’re in a transition season and want steadier footing * You’re craving meaningful community without pressure to overshare Come as you are. Organizer Bio Colette McLeod is a Licensed Therapist and facilitator who supports individuals and groups in reconnecting to themselves through grounded reflection, nervous system truth-telling, and modern + ancient practices. Her work helps people create sustainable change by honoring what’s real—without abandoning themselves in the process.
