Growing and Cooking: Summer Style

Learn about growing summer crops in Florida and incorporating them into cooking

Food from the garden in the summer? It is possible if you select the right food crops! We will talk about what edible crops can be grown in the heat of central Florida in the summer, their health benefits, and ways to incorporate what you grow into what you cook!
