Childbirth Prep and Newborn Care Class

The Baby Suite at SRMC offers free, fun, and informative classes to expectant parents taught by an experienced, registered nurse. There are two classes every other month (on Tuesdays) to help you approach the next chapter with confidence. Labor partners are welcome and encouraged! This class prepares you for labor, delivery, recovery, and caring for your newborn. It will walk you through what to expect during your hospital stay including pain management education like epidural and nitrous oxide use during labor.
