Stand-Up & SHINE Camps Interest Night

Learn about the Stand-Up & SHINE program's impact on youth confidence and wellness through comedy and storytelling

Join House of Shine and KAIA Arts Dallas for a free Stand-Up & SHINE Interest Night designed for parents, teachers, counselors, mental health professionals, youth leaders, supporters, and community members who want to learn more about how to support our Stand-Up & SHINE program. Stand-Up & SHINE uses stand-up comedy, storytelling, and performance-based learning to help kids and teens grow in confidence, self-awareness, communication skills, and creative self-expression. During this one-hour event, guests will hear more about the purpose and impact of the program, meet the creator of the course, and enjoy live performances from two student participants. This evening is a simple way to learn how Stand-Up & SHINE supports the mental wellness and self-discovery journey of kids and teens while building momentum around future classes, camps, sponsorship opportunities, and community partnerships. Whether you are a parent interested in enrolling your child, an educator or youth leader looking for meaningful programming, or a donor or sponsor interested in supporting youth confidence and wellness, this Interest Night is for you.
