ADVANCING HEALING AND EQUITY IN AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITIES MIND, BODY, AND CARE THROUGH ADVOCACY, AWARENESS, ACCESS, AND ACTION Join us for a community mental health panel focused on advancing healing and equity in African American communities. This educational event will explore mental health and whole-person wellness, understanding care options, navigating coverage and support services, and empowering advocacy and action. Panelist include Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) professionals sharing insights to help individuals better understand mental health care, access, and available resources. We invite you to stop by and take advantage of the CHAMP Mobile Unit, offering on-site assessments and valuable resources for individuals and families. Participation in the panel discussion is NOT required. You are welcome to come solely for services and support. CHAMP provides assessments for youth through adults, ensuring accessible care and guidance across all life stages. Come get connected, informed, and supported!
