ME: A Mental Health & Identity Workshop

A mental health and identity workshop with Taylor Swift-inspired vision boarding for Dallas Swifties

ME: A MENTAL HEALTH & IDENTITY WORKSHOP Join us in person for ME—a conversation-based workshop where we'll explore identity, the importance of mental health during May's mental health awareness month, and participate in a Taylor Swift-inspired vision boarding activity! Whether you’re passionate about the topic, curious to learn more, or just wanting to connect with other Dallas-area Swifties, this workshop's all about better understanding ourselves and why Taylor says... "I promise that you'll never find another like ME!" Expect open chats, fun activities, and a judgment-free zone. Come as you are and let's dive into conversation and Swiftie community! Hosted by: Swifties for EVA (Education | Volunteering | Advocacy) Conversation led by: Nikita Swarna, LMFT-Associate. Supervised by Dr. Emily Schupmann, LMFT-S. Disclaimer: Educational workshop only. Not therapy or counseling. Attendance does not create a therapist-client relationship.
