Join a community effort to keep Treasure Island Beach clean and beautiful with monthly volunteer cleanups

Keep Pinellas Beautiful is excited to kick off the 2026 Great American Cleanup (GAC), taking place from March 1st through June 30th across Pinellas County. The Keep America Beautiful Great American Cleanup® is the nation’s largest community improvement initiative, uniting thousands of communities in service each year. From individuals and families to students, civic groups, businesses, and government partners, our volunteers share a common goal: protecting and enhancing the environmental health of the place we call home. Join Treasure Island Adopt-a-Beach in partnership with Keep Pinellas Beautiful, City of Treasure Island, and Suncoast Sailing the second Saturday of every month as we work to keep our shorelines litter-free. Please note: Volunteers under the age of 18 need to be signed in by a parent or guardian. Volunteers under the age of 15 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event. *** WHERE TO MEET: We will meet at Suncoast Sailing - 11165 Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island, FL 33706. TIME: Cleanup will begin at 8:30 AM. Please arrive a few minutes early to get signed in. WHAT TO WEAR: Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes, sun protection, and weather appropriate clothing. WHAT TO EXPECT: Cleanup supplies will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own gloves, buckets and pickers if you have them. A water refill station will be available, please bring a refillable water bottle. Volunteers are required to sign our waiver upon arrival. Restrooms are available onsite. PARKING: Free parking available at Suncoast Sailing.
