Become a Marion County Master Gardener Volunteer!

Informational session on becoming a Master Gardener Volunteer in Marion County

Being a Marion County Master Gardener Volunteer (MGV) is a great way to give back to your community by educating its citizens on horticultural topics. Becoming an MGV is not easy, but the journey is certainly worth it! Come join us for a FREE informational meeting on what it means to be an MGV, how to become one, and how to maintain your status as a Master Gardener Volunteer. This session is FREE and open to anyone over 18. It is not necessary to have a horticulture/gardening background, just a desire to learn and to serve your community. For more information, please contact the Master Gardener Coordinator, Jeremy Rhoden, at jeremy.k.rhoden@ufl.edu. University of Florida is an Equal Opportunity Institution
