REFUND & POSTPONEMENT POLICY In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid and will be automatically transferred to the new event date with the same benefits and access rights. As the event is postponed and not cancelled, no refund will be provided. The existing ticket remains valid for the rescheduled event. If a ticket holder is unable to attend, they may request a ticket transfer to another person or contact the event management team regarding cancellation options. Such requests must be submitted at least 2 days before the event date. Please note that ticket sales close 2 days before the event. After this deadline, no local ticket sales or ticket changes will be available, as all ticket sales are handled online only.
