Caring for a loved one is one of the most meaningful and challenging things you can do. If you're feeling stressed, exhausted, or alone in your caregiving journey, join us for the Zephyrhills Caregiver Support Group at AdventHealth Well 65+. This event is a no-cost event open to Well 65+ members and a guest intended to provide a safe and understanding space to share experiences, gain helpful tools for managing caregiver stress, and connect with othres who truly understand what you're going through. Our Licensed Clinical Social Worker will offer tips for self-care, emotional balance, and community resources to help lighten the load because caring for yourself is just as important as caring for others. Date(s): First Thursday of every month from 11am - 12pm Location: AdventHealth Well 65+ Zephyrhills Cost: None | Walk-Ins Welcome but RSVPs are recommended to save your spot. Take a moment for you.
