Ella Bric

Two-time Latin Grammy-winning artist Ella Bric brings her electrifying fusion of Afro-Venezuelan rhythms, live improvisation, and electronic experimentation to the stage in a powerful live performance that blurs the boundaries between concert and sonic exploration. Her sound carries the rhythmic complexity of the Caribbean and the experimentation of New York’s downtown scene, creating immersive experiences that feel both ancestral and futuristic. Born in Venezuela and based in New York, Ella is a trumpeter, composer, producer, and multidisciplinary artist whose genre-fluid sound bridges Afro-Venezuelan traditions, Latin jazz, and electronic music. In 2024, she became the first woman to win the Latin Grammy for Producer of the Year. Her upcoming project, Selfie, co-produced with GRAMMY-winning producer Trooko and Venezuelan bandola virtuoso Mafer Bandola, continues her mission to bring Afro-Venezuelan music into contemporary global conversations.
